I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which I am an uninvited guest, the Wurundjeri and Boonwurrung peoples of the Kulin Nation. I live, learn, create, and work on these unceded lands, and I pay my respects to First Nations peoples, to their Elders past, present, and emerging.

I stand in solidarity with Indigenous peoples globally, who, like the Aboriginal peoples of this land, have endured and continue to face the impacts of colonisation, cultural erasure, and dispossession through land theft.

Sovereignty has never been ceded.
